Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026. Visualix AI respects copyright laws and protects original content creators from intellectual property violations.

1. Intellectual Property Commitment

Visualix AI provides advanced AI systems that allow users to generate shorts, add captions, and repurpose public YouTube URLs. Because we act strictly as an automated processing service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Safe Harbor provisions (17 U.S.C. § 512) and Indian Information Technology Rules, we do not host or monitor user assets.

We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and maintain a strict policy to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Request

If you believe your copyrighted work is hosted on our system without authorization, you must submit a written notification containing all of the following details:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., link to original content).
  • Identification of the material hosted on Visualix AI that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or project details.
  • Your contact details, including mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Under § 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations regarding copyright infringement may be liable for damages and legal fees.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or due to misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Agent. The counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your region, or if outside the US, the competent courts of India, and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Visualix AI maintains a zero-tolerance policy for accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright. If we receive two or more valid takedown notices against a specific user account, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete the user account, void unused credits without refund, and blacklist their credentials from accessing our services.
