Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules governing the content you generate and activities you perform on Visualix AI.
1. Purpose & Scope
Visualix AI provides powerful artificial intelligence video generation, clipping, and auto-captioning tools to creators worldwide. To maintain a safe, reliable, and legal workspace, we enforce strict guidelines on how our cloud compute, rendering queues, and AI models may be used.
This Policy applies to all registered users, free trial members, and API clients. Any violation of these guidelines is grounds for immediate account suspension, cancellation of credits, or permanent IP ban.
2. Prohibited Content Categories
You represent and warrant that you will not upload, request, generate, or compile any media assets or video scripts that:
- Harassment & Discrimination: Contain slurs, hate speech, threats, or promote physical violence or discrimination against groups or individuals.
- Nudity & Sexually Explicit Content: Display pornographic content, sexually explicit acts, or severe depictions of violence and gore.
- Deception & Deepfakes: Synthesize the voice, face, or likeness of real people without explicit authorization to spread fake news, defame characters, or commit identity fraud.
- Illegal Activities: Promote illegal substances, hacking methodologies, dangerous weapon construction, or encourage self-harm.
3. Server & Network Security
Visualix AI processes high-volume rendering requests. Any attempt to exploit, degrade, or bypass our computing resources is strictly prohibited. You agree not to:
- Utilize automated scraping scripts, headless browser instances, or bots to crawl data or generate credits.
- Inject malware, SQL sequences, or deploy denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our video processing queues.
- Reverse-compile, deconstruct, or copy our clipping models, Auto Caption styling engines, or front-end components.
- Bypass system rate-limit rules, concurrent processing ceilings, or credit calculation checks.
4. Enforcement & Accountability
We use automated telemetry, content filtering, and user reports to monitor compliance. If an account is found in violation, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately delete the violating draft or generated MP4 file.
- Suspend active queue rendering jobs to safeguard our nodes.
- Deactivate the user account, block their registered email, and void all subscription credits without a refund.
- Report malicious behavior or severe safety threats to local law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
5. Reporting Violations
